Sometimes you have to choose
`1Sometimes in life we have the joy of making difficult decisions. Our life has been in a state of "what we do we now?" for the last month or so. I knew I could not keep working two jobs...I'm stressed and I don't have that much time with Dave anymore. I never really thought I would be working two jobs, but let me tell you...it's really difficult. So...long story short...I've been offered full-time positions at each company. With Bank of America, it's at a different branch, but I would be full-time. Dave and I have prayed and talked and gone back and forth and we both feel as though the smarter decision is to go full-time with Bank of America. There are many reasons for that...for benefits, incentives, job opportunities all over the world, and future possible positions (with better pay). We've been in this dilemma and I will be SO relieved when I get settled into one position and one place. It will be hard leaving the people at both places. It's just that Dave and I need to do what is best for us, even though it may be difficult leaving everyone I've worked with so far. So just pray that we have made the right decision and that God will place me where He wants me to be.
Okay, with that out of the way, Dave finshed up last month's classes last week. He's already started his fifth month of classes. I can't believe he's almost halfway done. He's doing so well in school. He made a 100 on one of his finals last week and I'm so proud of him. I'm putting some of his recent photos at the bottom for you to enjoy. He's so talented...
He never thought this would happen, but I have him hooked (at least I think) on two of my favorite shows: Desperate Housewives and American Idol. We both sit there and critique people singing and laugh hysterically at some of these people who really have no clue. It's quite funny.
My parents are coming down Friday and I'm so excited to see them. They're also bringing my baby kitty Snuggles! She loves to ride in the car, so she's going to be taking a little road trip down here too. Yay!
Here are some of Dave's photos (there are quite a few):
